Privacy & Policy
Booking Policy
- All deposits must be paid immediately after booking in order to secure your time and date. All deposits are non refundable. There is a strict no refund policy for all events and portrait sessions, this includes deposits. Rescheduling is allowed up to one time. Reschedules should be made at least 48 hours prior to the recently booked session. If you fail to do so or respond with a new date/time, you will have to forfeit your deposit and book again by placing a new deposit. Same-Day Cancelations (within 24 hours) will result in your account being automatically charged a $75 inconvenience fee and you will have to book a new session. Failure to pay the inconvenience fee, results in no further booking sessions in the future. Specials can not be rescheduled or refunded under any circumstances, even if it is within 48hrs notice.

- Proofs can take up to 2-3 business days to be returned to clients, this process can not be rushed. Proofs are mid-quality, watermarked and unedited. They will be sent out through a digital link via email once they become available. All shoots can take up to anywhere between 7-14 business days to edit (depending on the type of session is booked), starting on the date that the client selects their desired photos and consults with the photographer. There is a rush fee of $75 that can be requested for edits to be returned as early as 2-3 business days after proofs are selected, depending on how many edits are requested.

- I am based in Dallas, TX but open to traveling to different locations. There is a $35 per hour travel fee for any location up to 1 hour outside of the Dallas, TX area. In the case of traveling more than 2 hours away, please be prepared to pay more depending on the location and any lodging needs. If you are looking to shoot in the Dallas, TX area (within 25 mi. radius) there will not be a travel fee added to your session. It is very important that you choose the correct travel fee add on when you are booking.
- If a travel fee is not added on to a session that requires one, you are still expected to pay that fee and it will be added on upon review.

Timing & Late Policy
​
- It is strongly encouraged that you to come on time and ready to shoot to refrain from losing any time towards your session. You will not be allowed to purchase additional time for In Studio Sessions so it is required that you come ready to shoot. For any outside photoshoots or graduation shoots being taken outside, time may be added. There will be a $50 fee for each additional 30 minutes. Delays in the session start time on your behalf or anyone who is a part of the shoot on your behalf results in lost time that can not be made up. This includes any time needed to fix hair, touch up makeup, retrieve forgotten items, checking to see if buildings are open, checking on reservations, etc.
- There is a 10 minute grace period for all sessions. Please notify if you will be running behind. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $30 late fee charged to the card on file. If a client is more than 20 minutes late, their session will be canceled and you will be considered a No-Show/Same-Day Cancel and you will be charged a $75 Inconvenience Fee in addition to your remaining balance.

Tip: If you have reserved a space or will need to check for access to a specific area, please do so at least 10 - 15 minutes before your shoot as delays in the session start time results in lost time that can not be made up

Customer Satisfaction Policy
​
- If you are not satisfied with an edit, you are allowed to let us know and we will do our best to fix it. You will not be allowed to retake photos if you are not satisfied with your pictures as a result of natural causes such as weather, dissatisfaction with an outfit, hair, makeup, poses, etc. We allow you to look at photos throughout the session if you ask as preventative measures. You can book another session if you'd like to but there will be no refunds or transfer of funds to another service.
How do locations work?

- A location is not considered multiple places within an entire city, area, campus, etc. One location is equivalent to one building, statue, monument, etc.
- If going to another location requires any driving or walking more than a couple of feet, it is considered a new location and will result in an additional $25 fee. We ask that you know where you would like to shoot before the start time of your shoot as delays in the session start time on your behalf or anyone who is a part of the shoot on your behalf results in lost time that can not be made up. Please keep in mind that some locations require a photography fee or permission. You as the client are responsible for paying any fees associated with a location you are looking to take pictures at and for any reservations that are required in order to shoot. We are not responsible for any of those fees and bookings.

Note: To maximize your session time, try to have your location already set up and ready to shoot if possible. You are unable to set up anything ahead of time in the studio unfortunately.

In Studio Session Locations
​
Please note that all In Studio sessions will take place at a venue of the clients choice and must be booked by the client on their own. I do not own or have a studio space. Certain locations/studios can be recommended, but it is still up to the client to book and reserve a studio venue. Studio venue price is not included in the booking price

Age Disclaimer
​
If the client being photographed is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian MUST be present during the entirety of the photoshoot.
